Als Application Support Manager bij Arval

You are looking for a challenging environment where you can apply your specialism and experience in Application Support within a team of multiple disciplines (Squad).

The Function:

By monitoring, analyzing and resolving production disruptions, you as an Application Support Manager, know how to monitor and improve the quality of applications. Thanks to your knowledge and experience in the field of support, you will certainly contribute to the implementation of new functionalities and/or products.

You do not do this alone of course, as indicated you are part of a Squad. Together with your Squad you are responsible for the products you manage.

With your expertise you are an important link that is needed within a Squad, this is already provided with Business Specialist, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Tester and Engineer.

Despite your expertise, you are always willing to learn more and you are looking for a dynamic environment with a good dose of challenge, but also a place that gives the necessary attention to development.

Key responsibilities in this role include:


  • Analyze and resolve production disruptions (third-line support)
  • Executing service requests for change (third-line support)
  • Interacting with users (in English) and third parties (suppliers)
  • Cooperation with other IT disciplines
  • Implementation of functional and corrective changes
  • Automation of processes
  • Analyzing and solving problems (problem management)
  • Documentation of procedures and work standards
  • Participation in IT projects

You are a real IT person today, with knowledge of products like Jdeveloper, Powershell, ODI or Oracle BI and/or outsystems
You have a good command of the English language; French is an advantage.
You have experience with PL/SQL

You have previous work experience as a 3rd line support person
